Brief

Inbenta is the world leader in AI and PLN in business search, Ecommerce search engine, Chatbots, support ticketing and knowledge management.

After several years with an obsolete corporate image and difficult-to-use applications, they decided to innovate and bet on a coherent and simple product.

Challenge

First we designed a library of components following the atomic system to achieve a coherent and easy-to-use product.

Next we analyze all the user interactions in the different applications. We had to know the objectives of each screen in order to create a good user experience.

Finally, following all the analysis obtained, we designed the different screens following an exhaustive test with real users. A unique experience that provided very good results and a considerable increase in new users.
